To ensure the fairness of its draws, all steps – from boxing to transport – are carefully checked and supervised by the HKJC’s security and customer service departments. Moreover, the balls and the draw machine are carefully cleaned after each use. The HKJC has also strengthened its security measures in the wake of the recent terrorist incidents.
